You can delete your Prana Naturals account at any time — on this website or in the Prana Naturals app. It takes a minute, and it is confirmed with a code sent to the mobile number on the account.

How to delete it

Sign in with the mobile number, email or Google account you use with us.
Open Profile & settings and scroll to Delete my account. In the app it is on the Profile screen.
Tap Delete my account, then enter the code we send to your number on WhatsApp or SMS. If your account has no mobile number, sign in again and delete it within 15 minutes instead.

If you cannot sign in, message us from the number on the account at the WhatsApp number shown on our contact details, or write to the address on this page, and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

Your name, mobile number and email address on the account
Saved addresses, favourites, repeat orders and back-in-stock alerts
Your password, and any Google or Facebook sign-in linked to the account
App notifications, marketing messages and every signed-in device
Loyalty points on the account

What we have to keep

Orders, tax invoices, payments and returns are kept for as long as the GST and income-tax rules require — presently eight financial years — with the delivery name and address written on them at the time. They are no longer connected to an account anybody can sign in to. Reviews you wrote stay on the product page without your name. Your mobile number is free again: if you sign in with it later, you start a new, empty account.

When it cannot be done straight away

If an order is on its way to you, the account can be deleted once that order is delivered or cancelled. An account used by the shop's own staff is removed by the shop instead.

Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receipt, as required by rule 4(5) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

For a complaint about how we handled your personal data, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
