These are the terms on which we sell. They apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you order — placing an order means you accept them.
An order you place is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it — not when you pay. If we cannot accept an order, because an item is out of stock or the address is outside the area we deliver to, we will tell you and refund anything already paid, in full.
Every price shown is in Indian rupees and includes GST. Before you confirm the order you are shown the full breakup — the price of the goods, the delivery charge, and the total. There are no charges added after that screen.
A GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Our GSTIN is 36ABJFP9034F1Z1.
Prices can change, but never for an order already confirmed. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel for a full refund.
Everything sold here is food, made and packed in Khammam, Telangana. Country of origin: India. Our FSSAI registration number is 23626016000947.
Each product page carries the net quantity, the price, the price per kilogram or litre, and the declarations required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. Oils are pressed to order in small batches, so colour and aroma vary a little from batch to batch. That variation is the seed, not a defect.
We deliver in Khammam and across India. The delivery date and charge shown for your PIN code before you add anything to the basket is the one that applies. Dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes and the carrier — we will tell you if an order is delayed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave, or to whoever accepts them there.
You can cancel any time before the order is dispatched, at no charge, from your orders page or by calling us. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the returns section below still applies. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
These are foods. Once a sealed pack has been opened it cannot be resold, so an opened pack cannot be returned unless something is wrong with it. What is always returnable:
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph — the returns screen in your account asks for one. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 7 working days of our approving the return. For cash-on-delivery orders we will ask for a bank account or UPI ID to send it to.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has used it. We may suspend an account being used for fraud, or to place orders somebody has no intention of accepting.
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit to eat. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms.
The text, photographs and drawings on this site belong to us, except for the few third-party works listed under Credits and licences below. You may not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, place orders by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful.
Most of what you see here is ours. Two things are not, and are used under the licences their authors chose.
The bullock in the moving picture of the ganuga on our front page is Zebu Cattle Bull animal 3d model free by iRahulRajput, used under the CC BY 4.0 licence. We have changed it: the picture on it was made smaller so the page loads on a slow connection, and the animal is posed and animated by us. The press it turns, the field behind it and everything else in that picture are ours.
Map tiles on our store locator and delivery pages are © OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the Open Database Licence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Khammam, Telangana — which does not stop you from bringing a consumer complaint before the consumer commission with jurisdiction over where you live, as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 entitles you to do.
